70 SUKIEN MALA / SHE HAD 70 SKIRTS
Body and its clothes.
Slight sensations on the skin, memories emerging out of the body, limitations of the space… What does the clothes do to the body? What does the body do to the clothes?
The piece invites the spectator into an imaginary world where objects come to life and the body becomes an object. It is a metamorphosis of a body that disintegrates, empties itself, and becomes piece of clothing, puppet or marionette. The expression of the desire to change the point of view that we, as humans, have on ourselves: aren’t we just one form of life among the others? What imprints do we leave?
